Gym Based Immersion Training – These are fast paced and hands on. They’ll have all of the anatomical and physiological terminology that you are expected to learn for your theory exams.
National Hub Training Days – These are run monthly and are where you will do your exams, carry out your observed assessments and hand in your portfolio. At this point you’ll be under the guidance of level 3 education and training and assessor qualified staff.
