Kettlebells are often used in explosive, swinging movements, which utilise the whole bodies muscular system.
More traditional exercises such as Press and Squat are also used. The displacement of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilisers and synergystic muscles engage more with each movement.
Kettlebell exercises require full body integration, as ALL exercises are compound in nature!
