Once you have this qualification you will be able to offer one-to-one training, nutritional advice and progressive programming that is specific to the individual needs of a client.

Immersion training comes with this course, this involves weekly training days with one of our BodyCore mentors. The immersion training days that we offer focus on preparing you for your observed assessment and the real world of personal training.

The immersion training involves an hour of review on sections that you have studied during the week and a focus on setting SMART goals for the next week as well as assessing your portfolio.

Your mentor will also spend an hour in a gym in Aberdeen with you where they will prepare you for your observed assessment, covering advanced cardiovascular and muscular techniques and training systems.
