I also believe that, within the exercise field, there should be much more emphasis on contralateral based exercises, whereby the body is exposed to a training method that allows the body to use respirical inhibition throughout relative muscle groups, which are the foundation of day to day movement. Thus, allowing us to perform at a hugely efficient manner, with an extremely low risk of injury, pain, or restricted movement…
